Ken Burns, famous for his historical documentaries such as The Civil War, is currently producing a seven-part series on World War II. The War will tell the story of WWII through the lives of ordinary people in four American towns - Mobile, Alabama; Sacramento, California; Waterbury, Connecticut; and Luverne, Minnesota.
